• Courses in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security are Govt. recognized under HARTRON certification.

• Other courses such as Generative AI, Digital Marketing, and Basic Computer Programming are internally certified by HARTRON Ballabgarh and not under government authorization.

• Course duration, syllabus, and fees are subject to change based on institutional policies.

3. Fees and Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full or in installments before batch commencement.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of course cancellation by the institute.

• Any discounts or offers are time-bound and subject to availability.

4. Attendance and Conduct

• Students must maintain minimum attendance as per course requirements.

• Misconduct or damage to property may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and notes are the property of HARTRON Ballabgarh and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

HARTRON Ballabgarh is not liable for indirect losses, job placements, or outcomes beyond training completion and certification.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Faridabad Courts, Haryana.
